With the recent advances and development in agricultural plant machinery, the very latest common rail injection technology is now being used in the majority of agricultural engines. When it comes to tuning, optimizing and releasing hidden power, agricultural machinery is the largest benefactors. This is because of the large capacity of the engines fitted to these machines. The size alone allows us to extract large amounts of tractability and extra torque. Moreover, when it comes to transportation of heavy machinery and farming, this process helps to provide maximum fuel efficiency and drivability.

How does this work?

Agricultural vehicles are mostly designed for standard use and then configured for the use of diesel fuel. However, usually, when these vehicles become operational and in use over an extended period, you will find that the power is not enough. Mostly because of the different variables like weather, soil type, etc. that determine how much power is needed for a particular purpose.

When this becomes the case for your agricultural vehicles, a few extra horse powers or additional torque could be the difference between a tractor that works optimally or not. Tuning your vehicles will also help to increase the speed of work and also to optimize fuel consumption.

We usually recommend that you increase your engine power to 20% while also increasing the torque. When you do this, because of the change in the engine control, you will achieve increased torque of up to 200Nm and an optimization of air masses. As a result, you do not have to push your vehicles to their power limit, and in addition to this, you reduce fuel consumption by 20%.

This type of customization can also be carried out on vehicles running on biodiesel fuel with very similar results.

Why should you use our service?

Most agricultural engine manufacturers build engines which can be used in range of machinery from harvesters, tractors, pickers and self-propelled spray rigs. Usually, these machines have their own unique requirements which may not match the specific requirements needed by you.

This where we come in and with help tune your engine to your specific requirements and as a result help you get a machine that better meets your needs.

By using our service, you will eventually have an engine that runs more efficiently, works easier and returns significant fuel savings.

What do you stand to gain?

Increased pulling power

Reduced fuel consumption

Increased torque

Reduced time expenses.
